Processing times:
- Orders will be dispatched 7-14 business days after it's placed. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped!
Where do you ship to?
- We can ship to anywhere in the world!
- However, please check here to make sure your country is accepting mail from AusPost at the moment
How long does shipping take?
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping (untracked): 3-10 business days
- Tracked Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping (untracked): may take up to 5-10 weeks
- Tracked Shipping: may take up to 10-20 business days
What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer untracked (flat) and tracked (via AusPost) shipping.
Untracked Stamped Letter mail
- This is the cheaper option and can only be chosen if all your items are flat
- Flat items include die cut stickers, sticker sheets, mini prints, etc.

Pricing:
- Domestic (Australia): usually $2 to $8 for eligible items
- International: usually $3 to $16 for eligible items
- Untracked packages that are lost during shipping are non-refundable, as the loss of the products is unfortunately beyond my control.
Tracked Shipping
- Automatically applied for large and non-flat items, such as large prints, enamel pins, charms, homewares, washi tape, etc.
- All products are individually weighed and measured, with shipping automaticallyu being calculated based on total weight of the order and size of the items

Pricing:
- Domestic (Australia): usually $10 to $20
- International: prices determined by weight of order (view AusPost's prices here
- Shipping costs with tracking can be expensive, but are unfortunately out of my control :(
- Free shipping options available!
- Domestic (Australian) orders over $80 AUD
- International orders over $150 AUD
- No refunds, but it may be possible to receive a replacement if mail is considered lost (i.e. if tracking has not been updated in over 4-6 weeks)
UK/EU VAT Custom Fees
- Shipping to UK & EU countries is available
- Please note that customs/taxes are NOT collected at checkout on our site, so customers are responsible for any additional taxes/charges/fees that their order may incur.
