- All sales are final and refunds will not be issued once your order has been placed
- If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours). We will do our best to fix any issues, as long as the order has not been shipped out.
- Once an order has been shipped, we won't be able to do anything as it is out of our hands. Please make sure everything is correct (items, mailing address, etc.) before checking out!
- If you believe there has been an error or any problems with your order once you have received it, please contact us as soon as possible at @nanshiistudios via DM on Instagram or nanshiistudios@gmail.com or via the contact form on the website. Please provide a clear description and photos if possible. I will do my best to assist.
